I’m Paul Blackler, and I’m back in the real estate game under my own independent banner: Paul Blackler Real Estate (partnered with the cloud-based network at eXp Realty NZ). I spent over a decade selling residential and selling/Leasing commercial real estate across Canterbury with some of the biggest traditional corporate franchise groups in the country. While I loved helping people move, I eventually grew tired of the rigid, old-school corporate structure where local clients often felt like just another number on a national corporate scoreboard. I stepped away to build something local from scratch, becoming the owner and manager of Anytime Fitness in Rangiora. Over nearly ten years running that business, two major things happened. First, I completely mastered modern digital consumer marketing, data logging, and online targeting tools. Second, and most importantly, I learned what it truly means to be a local supporting locals. I built deep, face-to-face relationships with thousands of North Canterbury residents and business owners based on simple honesty and community spirit. Now, I’ve combined my years of real estate sales experience with those modern digital marketing skills to relaunch my property career on my own terms. Because I hold a full, top-tier Agent's license and run my own solo business, I have the freedom to focus entirely on my clients without corporate red tape. My focus is hyper-local and dual-tracked. Right here at home, I am the dedicated residential eXpert for the premium Silverstream community and surrounding area, using advanced digital platforms to highlight our neighbourhood’s unique lifestyle. Across Kaiapoi and Rangiora, I use my business background and platforms like Relab to guide local business owners and landlords through stress-free commercial sales and leasing.
